Situé dans le district administratif de Gmina Narew, Trześcianka se trouve à 6 kilomètres au nord-ouest de Narew et 28 kilomètres au sud-est de Białystok.

L'église orthodoxe de Saint-Michel-Archange, construite en 1867, demeure un élément architectural central du village tout au long de son développement.
